Nearly a year after selling his Miami Beach penthouse, Andrew Rosen, the co-founder and CEO of fashion retailer Theory, has set his sights on Surfside.

Property records show the fashion mogul just paid $5.15 million for unit 909 in the south tower of the Four Seasons Private Residences at The Surf Club. The recently completed luxury condo and hotel project is a 9-acre development at 9101 Collins Avenue in Surfside.

In February, Rosen sold his penthouse at the Setai Miami Beach for $8.5 million. Rosen co-founded Theory with Elie Tahari in 1997. Rosen also serves as an investor for up-and-coming design brands, including Alice + Olivia, Rag & Bone and Proenza Schouler.

Rosen won’t be the only fashion CEO to own a unit at the Four Seasons. He joins Albert “Aldo” Bensadoun, the billionaire Montreal-based founder of the Aldo retail shoe empire, who bought unit 501 in the south tower.

Amenities at the Surf Club development includes a private club, two restaurants, four swimming pools, cabanas, a gym and oceanside gardens. It was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier with Kobi Karp.

Fort Partners developed the project, which includes a 77-room hotel and two 12-story residential towers. Units range from $3.7 million to $31 million, and from 1,800 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet.
