Former Miami Heat basketball player Lamar Odom cut the asking price for his Pinecrest mansion to $3.65 million.

That’s 30 percent below Odom’s asking price of $5.2 million when he initially listed the 8,600-square-foot residence for sale in April 2017.

Odom paid $2.975 million for the six-bedroom house at 9401 Southwest 63rd Court in 2003, a year after it was built.

Scott Greenwald, an agent of South Florida Realty Advisors, has the listing. Brokerage firm Douglas Elliman initially had the listing.

Odom, 38, played for the Miami Heat during the 2003-2004 season. He retired from the National Basketball Association in 2013 as a forward with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Odom, ex-husband of celebrity Kloe Kardashian, also has performed as a reality TV star.

His house in Pinecrest has an entry with a two-story foyer with wrought-iron staircases. The house also features a swimming pool and spa, a covered terrace, built-in bar, theater, tennis court and basketball court. [Sun-Sentinel] – Mike Seemuth
