A house in Orlando once occupied by Joey Fatone, who performed in the boy band NSYNC, is listed for sale with a $5.5 million asking price.

Custom-built for Fatone, the gated residence has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three half bathrooms, and more than 9,000 square feet of interior space.

Located at 9276 Kilgore Road in a residential area of Orlando known as Millionaire’s Row, the former Fatone residence features a resort-style swimming pool, a spa and a grotto with a sushi bar.

The master suite has a fireplace, sitting room, a master bathroom with sauna and steam rooms, and a 700-square-foot walk-in closet.

The property comes with a detached six-car garage, equipped with a showroom-style, turntable floor and a wet bar and bathroom.

Exterior amenities include a lighted tennis court and a private boathouse and dock along a lake.

Inside, the house has an elevator, a formal living room with a fireplace, a game room with a wet bar and a home office.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, an oversized island, a butler’s pantry, two refrigerators and two built-in ovens.
