Retired tennis star Chris Evert listed for sale her estate west of Boca Raton where she raised her three sons. Evert, who has vacated the estate, listed it with an asking price of $4.999 million.

She bought the 12,296-square-foot residence for $2.8 million in 2003, when she was married to Olympic skier Andy Mill.

Her gated 5.23-acre estate was built in 1995 in the southwest Palm Beach County’s Horseshoe Acres community.

The property has a tennis court (of course) plus an outdoor kitchen, a putting green, swimming pool, horse trail and barn.
