Related prepares to open 1,500-plus apartments in four Florida rental developments

The company will open leasing offices by early October for rental housing developments in Maitland, Tampa and Royal Palm Beach

The rental division of Miami-based Related Group expects to open four Florida apartment developments by November, including one in Royal Palm Beach.

Related Development, LLC expects to open leasing offices for all four rental properties by early October and to have their 1,538 apartments ready for occupancy by early November.

In Royal Palm Beach, Related is preparing to open its 392-unit Town Southern apartment complex, a 29-acre property at 11020 Town Circle. Monthly rents range from $1,475 to $2,175.

The development firm is finishing two apartment developments in Tampa: Manor Riverwalk, a 400-unit riverfront complex at 202 South Parker Street, and Town at Westshore, a 396-unit property at 5001 Bridge Street.

Related is building Manor Riverwalk on the former riverfront site of the old Tampa Tribune daily newspaper in downtown Tampa.

Related also is preparing to open Town Trelago, a 350-unit apartment complex in Maitland, a suburb of Orlando, at 601 Trelago Way. – Mike Seemuth
