Vladimir Stolyarenko, a one-time prominent Russian banker, is the buyer of a $35 million Palm Beach estate that was sold by Tommy Hilfiger and his wife in August, property records show.

Stolyarenko bought the five-bedroom, 10,600-square-foot home at 100 Casa Bendita from the couple in August through a Delaware company called Villa Bendita LLC. Stolyarenko, the former president and chairman of the executive board of Moscow-based bank, Evrofinance Mosnarbank, just took out a $17.5 million mortgage from JPMorgan to finance the property – revealing him as the buyer.

Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, sold the home for $1 million more than what they paid for it in April 2017.

The Mediterranean-style estate has more than 200 feet of beach frontage and sits on a nearly 1-acre lot.

Hilfiger, who founded his eponymous fashion, home furnishings and accessories company, also owns the Raleigh hotel in Miami Beach. He and Ocleppo listed their Golden Beach home at 605 Ocean Boulevard last year with Coldwell Banker’s the Jills for $27.5 million.

When Stolyarenko presided over Evrofinance Mosnarbank between 2006 and 2012, it was one of the largest banks by assets in Russia and Eastern Europe, according to the European Banking Services.
