Tune in at 2 p.m. for The Real Deal’s next subscriber conference call

The Real Deal is hosting a conference call with digital subscribers this Friday, Sept. 28, to discuss our fall issue’s blockbuster cover story, “See no evil: How a culture of secrecy boosts South Florida’s condo market.” The article examines how some of the region’s luxury properties came to be ensnared in an alleged billion-dollar embezzlement and money-laundering scheme, and the system that may have helped to enable it.

TRD’s editor-at-large Hiten Samtani will talk to reporter Keith Larsen about how the story took shape, the reporting hurdles along the way and some of the details that did not make it into the final cut.

The editorial team will also answer plenty of questions from readers. What would you like to know? Email us at [email protected], or tweet at us.

This call is for subscribers only and will happen Friday at 2 p.m. An email with the call-in number and access code will be sent to subscribers the day before the call and posted on the website.
