Dirty Rabbit partnership | Wynwood
The owners of The Dirty Rabbit, a bar in Wynwood, are launching a new concept. The group signed a $4.1 million, 10-year lease for 5,000 square feet across the street from The Dirty Rabbit at 194 to 196 Northwest 24th Street.
Tony Arellano, Joey Fernandez and David Spitz represented the landlord in the lease and Costa Grillas and Maurizio Galle of Avenue Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. New York-based JSRE Acquisitions paid $5.65 million for the building in 2016.
Spanglish Craft Cocktail Bar & Kitchen with Grail Sports Bar | Wynwood
Spanglish Craft Cocktail Bar & Kitchen is coming back. The restaurant and bar is opening in a permanent spot with Grail Sports Bar at 2800 North Miami Avenue.
Tony Arellano, Joey Fernandez and Devlin Marinoff from Dwntwn Realty Advisors brokered the $3.4 million, 10-year lease for 7,300 square feet.
The Cocktail Cartel, which includes mixologists Oscar Ortega, Hector Acevedo, Eddie Fuentes and Manuel Picon, are working with chef and restaurateur Giorgio Rapicavoli on the concept. It’s set to open in the summer, according to the Miami New Times.
The Lincoln Eatery | Miami Beach
Terranova Corp. pushed the opening of the Lincoln Eatery back to Jan. 31. The 9,600-square-foot food hall will have 14 food and beverage vendors at 723 Lincoln Lane. It was designed by Arquitectonica.
Vendors include The Crafted Burger, nitrogen ice cream concept Chilln, Fresh Garden Bowls, Manhattan Paletas, Marble & Rye, Necessary Purveyors, Patagonia, The Tavern Bar, Toast & More, TYO Sushi and XO Espresso Bar.
Terranova plans to open the second phase of the project, a rooftop terrace, later this year.
My Deli Market | Brickell
My Deli Market is opening at Panorama Tower later this year in a 4,720-square-foot space. The “grocerant,” a mix between a grocery store and a restaurant, will offer room service to Panorama’s tenants. It will also sell fresh produce, meats, bakery items, and prepared meals, according to a release. My Deli Market is expected to open in June.
Francisco Rodriguez Melo and Alex Acker of Cedano Realty Advisors represented My Deli Market in the deal.
Panorama has 75,000 square feet of retail space, including space leased to Dogtown, a boarding, grooming and pet daycare. The 868-foot tower, developed by Florida East Coast Realty, includes 821 luxury apartments and a hotel.
Novecento | Doral
Argentinian restaurant Novecento is opening in a 5,000-square-foot space at CityPlace Doral on Jan. 24.
Novecento was acquired by SuViche Hospitality Group in 2017. The restaurant has locations in Aventura, Brickell and Key Biscayne. The Doral space was designed by Saladino Design Studios.
Perricone’s Marketplace & Cafe | Coral Way
Perricone’s Marketplace & Cafe is moving to a building it purchased in August.
Steven J. Perricone sold the Brickell restaurant’s longtime home at 15 Southeast 10th Street property to citizenM in 2017 for $16.2 million. CitizenM, a Dutch hotel chain, is planning a 19-story, 252-key hotel on the site.
Perricone paid about $3 million for the new location at 1700 Southwest Third Avenue in August and recently announced the move. Cyril Bijaoui of The Company Real Estate represented the seller and John Ellis of RKF represented Perricone.
The new space, on Coral Way, will be ready by April, according to a release. It will include a 12,600-square-foot marketplace and a 2,600-square-foot cafe, with a full liquor bar and outdoor seating.
