Here are a couple of real estate events worth attending next week!

On May 8, NAIOP South Florida is holding an office update at 200 East Las Olas from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This event will touch on a variety of topics ranging from the current investment sales environment to the new occupier trends sweeping the market. Christian Lee of CBRE and Rod Loschiavo of JLL will be among the speakers at the event.

Also on May 8, the Financial Planning Association and the CFA Society of Miami are hosting a Joint Chapter Dinner at EAST, 788 Brickell Avenue. Come to this event to network with professionals from across the industry. A presentation will be given on alternative assets.

On May 10, the Urban Land Institute is hosting The West Palm Beach Development and Investment Forum from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Hilton West Palm Beach, 600 Okeechobee Boulevard. The event is being presented by ULI and the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority. The Real Deal Publisher Amir Korangy will be hosting a fireside chat at the event.
