Miami-Dade condo sales volume plummets

Top 10 sales ranged from $520K to $2M

Closed condo sales volume took a nosedive last week in Miami-Dade County, the largest hit yet during the pandemic.

A total of 53 condos sold for $20.5 million last week. That’s compared to 61 units that sold for $41.5 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $387,000 or $320 per square foot.

The priciest sale was at Sunset Harbour South in Miami Beach. Unit 1812 sold for about $2 million, or $1,079 per square foot, after only 16 days on the market. Hector Vazquez represented the seller, while Karim Sabet brought the buyer.

The second most expensive closing was at South Pointe Towers. Unit 2110 sold for $1.6 million after 44 days on the market. Michael Feuling represented the seller, and Elissa Lithman represented the buyer. The Miami Beach condo sold for $1,033 per square foot.
