Condo sales dropped by nearly half last week, though condo sales dollar volume remained steady.
A total of 47 condos in Miami-Dade County sold for $54 million last week. That’s compared to 85 units that sold for $55 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $571,000 or $370 per square foot.
The top deal was for unit 801 at Murano at Portofino in Miami Beach. The three-bedroom, 3,365-square-foot condo sold for $3.5 million, or $1,040 per square foot, after 301 days on the market. The listing agent was Gaynor Fairchild, and the buyer’s agent was Scott Betten.
Unit 907 at Continuum South in Miami Beach marked the second most expensive sale of the week. After 464 days on the market, it traded for $2.8 million, or nearly $1,500 per square foot. Sonia Toth represented the seller, and Christian Kawas brought the buyer.
