Miami condo sales decline going into October

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.3M to nearly $6M

Both condo sales and closed dollar volume declined last week in Miami-Dade County.

A total of 151 condos sold for $73.7 million last week, a slight decrease compared to the 162 units that sold for $83.7 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $488,000 or $320 per square foot.

The most expensive sale was for unit 908 at Ocean Tower Two in Key Biscayne. The unit sold for $5.8 million, or just over $1,100 per square foot. Carlos Coto represented the seller while Douglas Kinsley represented the buyer. The unit was on the market for 157 days.

The second most expensive sale of the week was unit 3802 at Mansions at Acqualina. The Sunny Isles Beach condo sold for $5.2 million, or $1,117 per square foot, after only 11 days on the market. Yansy Checa represented the seller, while Jonathan Mann represented the buyer.
