Property Markets Group is bringing its sales in-house.

Miami and New York-based PMG formed a brokerage division to handle new development sales, The Real Deal has learned. The first two projects are E11even Hotel & Residences Miami and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami.

The new Miami-based division, PMG Residential, is led by principal Sergio Pintos and managing broker Rodrigo Pintos, according to a press release. Sergio Pintos was previously vice president of sales at Craig Studnicky’s International Sales Group, known as ISG. ISG has often worked with PMG.

The developer and E11even Partners recently launched sales of E11even, a 65-story hotel and condo tower planned for Park West, a neighborhood northwest of downtown Miami. They’re working with Deepak Chopra to include a Chopra Spa & Studio. The 375-unit development’s prices start in the $300,000s.

Kaufman, Rodriguez, Aragon and Tupper previously worked for ISG or RelatedISG. Other agents were previously with Fortune, Property Markets Group Real Estate and Coldwell Banker.

The developer is expected to launch sales of Waldorf Astoria Miami soon. The 1,049-foot tower is planned for 300 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami. PMG, Greybrook Realty Partners, S2 Development and Hilton are developing the luxury condo and hotel development.
