RE/MAX Advance Realty

RE/MAX Advance Realty acquired RE/MAX On The Beach Realty in Hollywood Beach, at 201 North Ocean Drive. The brokerage will be adding four agents, including the office’s previous brokers/owners Lana Caron and Jeffrey Jobin, increasing its total number of agents to 176.

This is RMA’s fourth acquisition over the past twelve months.

Renaissance Home Loans

Renaissance Home Loans hired Jeff Mack as chief operating officer for the South Florida-based mortgage originator. Mack will redesign and reimplement the company’s lending operation and help oversee expansion, investments and corporate alliances.

He was most recently vice president at First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. Mack was also previously director of national business development and director of capital markets at that firm.

Colliers Florida

Colliers Florida hired Maria Mainardi as a senior associate for retail services in South Florida, based in the Fort Lauderdale office.

Prior to Colliers, Mainardi worked with Philadelphia-based MSC Retail’s university division, handling retail near campuses and on-campus, primarily on behalf of landlords.

RSP Architects

RSP Architects announced interior designer Katie Engelby is joining RSP Miami from the firm’s headquarters in Minneapolis.

Integra Investments

Miami-based real estate investment and development company Integra Investments hired Matthew Juall as principal of its in-house marina business, Integra Marinas. Juall will focus on identifying new market and investment opportunities in coastal areas in Florida and beyond.

Previously, Juall was president and founder of Marina Development Partners, an Orlando-based real estate development company specializing in marina acquisitions and development. Before that, he was senior vice president of finance and asset management for Turnberry Associates, and served as an executive director with JPMorgan.

JAG Insurance Group

South Florida-based commercial insurance agency JAG Insurance Group hired Andy Fajardo as director of marine insurance.

Fajardo was previously a commercial insurance consultant with WWF, insuring small to mid-sized businesses in maritime, manufacturing and distribution, nonprofit, and other sectors.

Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez

Miami-based law firm Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A. promoted Andrew J. Cohn to partner.

Cohn concentrates on commercial, business and real estate litigation, as well as ad valorem property taxation. Cohn joined the law firm in 2013.
