UPDATED, April 5, 9:40 a.m.: Douglas Elliman promoted Jay Phillip Parker to CEO of the Florida region and president of Elliman’s development marketing in Florida. Gus Rubio was promoted to president and chief operating officer of the Florida brokerage. Parker took over the Florida operations in 2013, while Rubio has been with Elliman since 2015.

Judy Dolan joined Levy Realty Advisors as senior vice president. Dolan was previously senior vice president of Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International. At Levy, she will continue to handle commercial sales and leasing.

F+B Hospitality Brokerage hired Jeremy Morales as a new vice president for the company. Morales previously served as a vice president of SL Green Realty Corp.

Brown Harris Stevens Miami announced the addition of several new agents to its Greater Miami offices.

Lauren Schrager, Jane Morales, Carlos Fernandez and Roxanna Roa joined Brown Harris Stevens Miami’s Coconut Grove office, while Juliana ‘Liane’ Morejon, Leslie Bettison and Jason Dubin joined the brokerage’s South Miami office.

RE/MAX Advance Realty added 13 real estate agents: Denisse Comas, Andrew Dinkins, Sean Guim, Rowan Hernandez, Jessie Kaplan, Ronaldo Leon, Nicholas Medina, Bianca Nelson, Nigel Nicely, Henry Petit, Nathaniel Ryan, Emily Schwitalla and Samuel Warshofsky.

Elion Partners named Greg Skaler as East Coast regional director. Skaler will work on Elion’s acquisitions and serve on the firm’s asset management and investment committees.

Island Hospitality Management named Michelle Marlowe senior vice president of accounting. Marlowe previously spent a decade as controller of Chatham Lodging Trust, a hotel real estate investment trust.

Scott Broder joined Dreamscape Companies as executive vice president and head of hotel investments, and as a partner to CEO and founder Eric Birnbaum. He was head of hotel investments at The Witkoff Group.

Currie Sowards Aguila Architects appointed Keith Beal and José “JJ” Jaramillo to principals. Beal and Jaramillo joined the firm in 2017 as senior project managers.

Juan Poleo is now a project executive at Amicon. Poleo will oversee the company’s commercial and condominium association portfolio.

CMC Group announced that Christine Martinez de Castro is now director of sales and marketing. Most recently, Martinez de Castro held the same position for cigar manufacturer Gurkha Cigars.

Native Realty brought on real estate agents Dino Flora and Spencer Scalzitti, based in Native’s Flagler Village headquarters. The firm also promoted Kaley Tuning to sales director. Tuning joined Native as a sales associate in 2019.
