Fox News host and conservative political commentator Sean Hannity added to his real estate portfolio with the $5.3 million purchase of an oceanfront townhouse in Palm Beach.
Hannity acquired the townhome at 9 Sloan Curves Drive from Camilo Raful and Patricia Robalino, property records show.
Hannity is the host of the nationally syndicated “The Sean Hannity Show.” Hannity’s portfolio – valued at nearly $90 million as of 2019 – includes properties in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Texas and Vermont.
The deed names Hannity and the financial planning firm Henssler Financial, with the firm’s Kennesaw, Georgia address. Hannity has used the same address for more than 800 LLCs that have been used to purchase properties, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The Palm Beach 3,813-square-foot townhouse has three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The property also includes a pool, stairs to the beach and views of the ocean from the main rooms, according to the listing. It was developed in 1981.
The sellers, Raful and Robalino, flipped the home in a month for a difference of $1.1 million. They paid $4.2 million for the property in March.
Raful is president of West Palm Beach-based Ramatex International Corporation, a company that manufactures garments and blankets made with recycled materials, according to its website. Robalino is a jewelry designer and owner of Patricia Robalino Designs, which has a store in Palm Beach, according to her website.
Monique Matheson of Monique Matheson Properties brokered the March sale. Matheson could not be reached for comment.
Hannity’s property is less than 3 miles from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort. Since Trump left office, a number of family members and supporters of the former president have purchased homes in South Florida.
