A Nissan dealership bought a Doral building where it operates its service center for $16 million.
An affiliate of Bill Seidle’s Nissan, which sells and repairs vehicles, bought the property at 10688 Northwest 12th Street from The Miami International Grantor Trust, according to public records.
The trust, whose trustee is accounting firm DiSanto, Priest & Company, bought the 46,033-square-foot building in 1995 for $5.5 million, records show. It was constructed in 1993 on 3.9 acres.
Bill Seidle’s Nissan also occupies the building next door at 10500 Northwest 12th Street.
This is the latest dealership property to trade in South Florida. Most recently, auto mogul Michael Maroone bought the Roger Dean Chevy dealership at 2235 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach in March for $12.5 million.
The Wayne Akers Ford dealership and next-door Wayne Akers Truck Rentals in Lake Worth Beach sold for $20.7 million in February.
Also, Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables is renovating the former city police building at 2801 Salzedo Street into a showroom and storage facility, after buying the property for $16.7 million in April.
