In other deals, Dania Beach industrial park nabbed four new tenants

Coca-Cola Beverages renewed its 93,700-square-foot lease for a warehouse and distribution facility at the Seneca Industrial Park in Pembroke Park.

The renewal for a 64-month term is valued at nearly $4 million, according to a news release from Coca-Cola’s broker, Jonathan Kingsley of Colliers. Thomas Kresse of Transwestern represented the landlord Nuveen.

Seneca is a 885,000-square-foot Class A industrial park with distribution and warehouse space, according to the release. Coca-Cola has been a tenant since 2005.

Ideal Dental, Now Massage and Naples Soap Company I Plantation Walk

Three tenants signed leases for 6,683 square feet at the Plantation Walk mixed-use development.

Ideal Dental is expected to open shop in a 2,215-square-foot space; Now Massage in a 2,645-square-foot one; and natural skin-care products retailer Naples Soap Company in a 1,823-square-foot space.

Naples Soap sells soaps, bath and shower gels, body butters, scrubs, face masks and hair products, according to the landlord’s news release.

Art Falcone’s Encore Capital Management, based in Boca Raton, is developing the $350 million Plantation Walk complex on the northwest corner of North University Drive and West Broward Boulevard.

Construction on the first phase of the retail portion is underway, with shops and restaurants set to start opening in early 2022.

Plantation Walk will also feature a multi-building Rise apartment complex, with the first building completed. It totals 171 units. A second multifamily building is nearly finished and in pre-leasing.
Encore completed a 262-key Sheraton hotel as well.

Encore Capital sold the seven-story office building part of Plantation Walk to Vision Properties for $57.5 million in October.

PromptCare, Drew Marine I Seagis @ Port 95 in Dania Beach

Four tenants leased a combined 21,280 square feet at the Seagis @ Port 95 industrial park in Dania Beach.

Medical respiratory products and infusion therapy provider PromptCare is expected to open in a 8,512-square-foot space for a 60.5-month term; and Drew Marine, which services the maritime industry, took a 4,256-square-foot space for a 60-month term, according to the deal broker’s news release. Also, loading dock equipment and industrial doors provider Fairborn Equipment inked a lease for a 4,256-square-foot space for a 37-month term; and A Head For Profits, which works with beer breweries, distributors and retailers, signed a 36-month lease for a 4,256-square-foot space.

Also, Spot Color Eyewear renewed its 4,258-square-foot lease.

Jonathan Thiel and Daniel Forman of Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International represented landlord Seagis Property Group.

Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based Seagis bought the industrial property at 3400-3406 Southwest 26th Terrace within the Port 95 park in June for $24.6 million.

Waterworks I Quadro Miami Design District

Luxury kitchen and bathroom designer Waterworks inked a retail lease at the Quadro Miami Design District condominium.

Waterworks, which will have 4,496 square feet fronting the Miami Design District, is relocating to its new space from its current shop on Northeast 39th Street, according to the broker’s news release. The store has had a Miami presence since 1998.

Raimundo Onetto’s Alta Developers, based in Miami, developed the 12-story, 198-unit Quadro at 3900 Biscayne Boulevard.

Michael Comras and Irma Figueroa of The Comras Company closed the deal on behalf of both sides.

Others already open at Quadro are Circa Lighting, YogaSix and Interlude Home, according to the release. Interior designer B+G Design is opening before year’s end.
