Native Realty also recently brought in Adriana Lilly as vice president.

Levy and his team specialize in Miami’s luxury market.
Compass Development Marketing added agents to its sales team for Sixth & Rio, a planned 100-unit condominium in Fort Lauderdale, being developed by Ocean Land Investments, according to a press release. Bridget Bass and Melissa Nichols are joining the existing team of Peter Barkin and Stephanie Roy.
Catalfumo Companies tapped Douglas Elliman Development Marketing to head sales at its planned Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens condominium project. Elliman’s Chris Cox will lead the team, according to the announcement.
The planned development includes three seven-story buildings with a combined 106 units, according to the release. CEO Dan Catalfumo estimates a sellout of $600 million, according to a spokesperson.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, led by Florida brokerage CEO Jay Parker, expanded to South Florida in July.
Correction: A previous version of this story had an uncorrect number of units at Sixth & Rio and misstated a member of the sale team.
