Enrique Teran and Andres Korda’s Avanti Way Group launched a commercial brokerage.

The pair partnered with brokers Jennifer Wollmann and Fernando Arencibia Jr. to create Avanti Way Commercial, based in Doral, according to a press release. The brokerage aims to offer commercial real estate services throughout Florida, including tenant representation, leasing, and acquisitions. Teran, Korda, Wollmann and Arencibia will lead the brokerage as principals.

Wollmann joins Avanti Way after 16 years as a broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, according to LinkedIn. Arencibia has been the broker and CEO of Arenci Properties Realty for four years, LinkedIn shows.

Wollmann and Arencibia, who met in leadership roles in Florida Realtors committees, said they began talks with Teran and Korda in earnest in August.

“For 10 years I’ve wanted to do something,” Wollmann said. “All of a sudden it came together.”

Avanti Way is currently working on the commercial brokerage’s data program, the pair said. The new system will cover all commercial real estate asset classes, Arencibia said.

Avanti Way Commercial is the fifth of Avanti Way’s portfolio of real estate firms. The group includes Avanti Way Capital, Propfolio Management, Folio Title and Avanti Way Realty. Founded 15 years ago, Avant Way’s residential brokerage has closed more than $5 billion in deals, and now has 1,600 agents in 13 offices across the state, the release and a spokesperson confirmed.

Propfolio Management, Avanti Way’s property and asset management arm, has more than $1 billion in assets under management, according to the release.

Avanti Way has steadily expanded its brokerage business over the years. The firm reported having 1,300 agents last March, showing a growth of 300 agents in one year. The firm opened its 10th office in Jupiter last March, marking its first in Palm Beach County. Brokerages have been steadily expanding northward in the county, looking to seize upon significant growth in the Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter markets. Compass, The Agency and Corcoran have all opened new offices in the area in the past year.
