Oceana Bal Harbour closing leads Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.7M to $22M

Miami-Dade condo sales continued to climb last week.

Condo sales dollar volume reached $129 million last week, up from $99 million the week before.

Brokers closed 144 sales, just one less than the 145 sales the week prior. Condos sold for an average price of $897,000, up from $683,000. The average price per square foot rose to $580 from $520, according to data from condo.com.

Oceana Bal Harbour unit 2803 at 10201 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour topped last week’s chart at $22 million. Ruthie and Ethan Assouline with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Kimberly Rodstein with Keller Williams Miami Beach represented the buyer. The unit sold for $4,245 per square foot after spending 91 days on the market.

An Estates at Acqualina unit snagged last week’s second-priciest sale. Unit 2701 at 17975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach traded for $11 million, after spending 61 days on the market. Karina Batievsky had the listing, and Marla Cohen represented the buyer. Both agents are with Acqualina Realty. The deal breaks down to $2,294 per square foot.
