Miami-Dade County condo sales rose last week, while dollar volume dropped.
Condo dollar volume reached $126 million last week, a drop from $153 million the week prior. Brokers closed 184 sales, compared to 137 sales the previous week. Condos sold for an average price of $684,000, higher than the $644,000 average a week earlier. The average price per square foot rose to $532 from $486, according to data from condo.com.
Grovenor House captured the top spot. Unit LPH 3101 at 2627 South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $12.6 million. Roberta Ingletto with RGI had the listing, and Daniel Hertzberg with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer. The unit sold for $1,814 per square foot, after spending 56 days on the market.
The Ocean Club, unit 206 at 791 Crandon Boulevard on Key Biscayne took second place at $5.3 million. Douglas Kinsley with Fortune Christie’s had the listing, and Mairym Casal with Brown Harris Stevens represented the buyer. The condo spent 64 days on the market and sold for $1,316 per square foot.
