Hatch | Flagler Village | Fort Lauderdale 

Lessing’s Hospitality Group’s brunch spot Hatch will open on Monday in downtown Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. 

Hatch leased 4,500 square feet at 715 North Federal Highway, according to a Hatch spokesperson. Lawrence Lessing, executive vice president of Lessing’s Hospitality, created the concept for Hatch, which opened its first restaurant in 2018 in Huntington, New York. 

Records show the restaurant space is one of the commercial units at the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Downtown. The property owner is listed as Steven Greenfield, as trustee of the Flagler Village Land Trust.

CTS Engines, an aerospace firm, pre-leased industrial space at the Osprey Logistics Park in Coral Springs

Fort Lauderdale-based CTS took roughly 216,000 square feet at 12000 Northwest 39th Street, according to the brokers’ news releases. 

Matthew McAllister and Chris Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Steven Wasserman and Erin Byers of Colliers represented the tenant. 

Orlando-based Foundry Commercial is developing the two-building Osprey Logistics Park with 427,500 square feet of industrial space on 22 acres. Completion is expected late this year, according to the releases.

CTS, which offers turbine engine maintenance and repair, also has a facility in Palm Beach County. Last summer, the company paid $16 million for the 44.4-arce industrial facility at 18855 Bee Line Highway in an unincorporated part of the county, northwest of Palm Beach Gardens. CTS previously had been leasing the facility.
