Miami-Dade County condo sales bounced back last week. Total sales and dollar volume rose. The price per square foot fell slightly.
Brokers closed 127 condo sales totaling $93 million last week, rebounding after the week prior, when brokers closed 110 sales totaling $69.8 million.
Last week, units sold for an average price of $732,000, higher than the $634,000 from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $534 from $547, according to data from condo.com. Last week, the top 10 condos closed after an average of 198 days on the market.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.5 million to $10.5 million.
St. Regis Bal Harbour unit 1503S at 9701 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour topped the charts at $10.5 million, or $2,864 per square foot, after 141 days on the market. Ryan Mendell with Maxwell E. Realty had the listing, and Melissa Puig with Beachfront Realty represented the buyer.
A condo at Muse Residences snagged second place with a $5.5 million sale. Unit 1601 at 17141 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach closed at $1,706 per square foot after three days on the market. Sheerel Toledano with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Valentina Wish of Beachfront Realty represented the buyer.
