A Miami Beach DJ and windsurfer sold his longtime waterfront Sunset Islands home for $27 million.

Records show Henrique Jordan and Martha Margarete Jordan McIntyre, through their British Virgin Islands-based Sitio Limited, sold the house at 2501 Lake Avenue on Sunset Island II in Miami Beach to Sunlake Properties Miami, a Delaware entity. The true buyer is unknown.

Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Jill Hertzberg of the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.

Jordan is a local DJ and wind surfer, according to published reports. Records show he is the owner of Mastermix Management, a Florida corporation. Through his Mastermix entity, Jordan bought another waterfront Sunset Islands home at 1631 West 27th Street for $1.3 million in 1996, which he still owns, according to property records.

Jordan and McIntyre’s Sitio entity bought the Lake Avenue home the following year, in 1997, for $1.7 million, records show. Built in 1940 on 0.7 acres, the 5,400-square-foot house includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The property spans 200 feet of waterfront, and has a pool and a dock, according to the listing.

Jordan appears to be a relative of the home’s former owners, Willy O. Jordan and Irani Jordan. Willy O. Jordan was a Brazilian swimmer who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics in London.

Jordan listed the house for $34.9 million in October of last year, and dropped the asking price to $31.9 million in December, Realtor.com shows.

The sale follows a slew of recent high-profile deals on the Sunset Islands. Last month, real estate moguls Craig Robins and Jackie Soffer sold their mansion on Sunset Island II for $36 million. The couple had listed the house for $45 million in February.
Also last month, longtime Sunset Islands residents William Taylor and Phyllis Taylor, and Brian Dan and Lorraine Dan sold their Sunset Islands homes for $12.6 million and $10.7 million, respectively. In June, H.I.G. Growth Partners founder Tony Tamer sold his waterfront teardown for $25 million.
