Palm Beach County condo sales slid slightly in October, while dollar volume rose.

Brokers closed 641 condo sales totaling $319 million in Palm Beach County in October, compared to 644 condo sales totaling $293 million in September, MLS data from Redfin show.

October sale prices ranged from $40,000 to $9 million, with a median price of $279,000. In September, sale prices ranged from $70,000 to $8.4 million, with a median price of $259,000.

The price per square foot in October ranged from $45 to $2,338, with a median price of $239. In September, the median price per square foot was $237 and ranged from $76 to $2,705.

Mirroring September, October’s priciest sale was a condo at La Clara. Unit 25g at 200 Arkona Court in West Palm Beach sold for $9 million, or $2,338 per square foot. Christopher Leavitt and Joseph Columbo with Douglas Elliman had the listing. Lilly Ferreira with Brown Harris Stevens of Palm Beach represented the buyer. It sold after 243 days on the market.

A Lake Clarke Gardens condo brought up the rear for October. Unit 3054 at 235 Sunrise Avenue in Lake Worth Beach sold for $40,000 — or $45 per square foot. Sharon Tocket with Gracious Homes Realty represented both sides of the deal. The deal closed after 414 days on the market.
