Pura Vida | Brickell 

Pura Vida opened a second outpost in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. 

The restaurant group, founded and led by husband-and-wife team Omer and Jennifer Horev, took 5,000 square feet at 701 Brickell Avenue, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield, which leases the tower’s office space. 

Zach Winkler of JLL represented the landlord. 

The deal marks Pura Vida’s 19th restaurant in South Florida, with the other Brickell outpost being at 1104 South Miami Avenue, according to Pura Vida’s website. 

Nuveen Real Estate, an investment arm of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, or TIAA, owns the 33-story 701 Brickell. Records show Nuveen paid $172 million for the building in 2002. 

701 Brickell is 95 percent occupied, the release says.

Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals leased 12,800 square feet at 10913 Northwest 30th Street at the Prologis Beacon Industrial Park, according to a news release from the tenant’s broker. Hephaestus, a subsidiary of San Francisco-based Adonis Health, which operates as Henry Meds, is building out the space as a manufacturing and packaging facility.

Prologis, based in San Francisco, owns the warehouse, records show. 

Michael Avendano of Lee & Associates represented Hephaestus. George Pino and Brian Cabielles of State Street Realty represented Prologis. 

Beach Bunny, Karma and Luck, More | Town Center at Boca Raton 

Simon Property Group scored 11 tenants at its Town Center at Boca Raton. 

Already open are Italian clothing and accessories brand Marni, jewelry and home decor store Karma and Luck, clothing store Collars & Co., and French swimwear, sportswear and lingerie brand Eres, according to a Simon Property news release. Express reopened an expanded store at the mall. 

Swimwear store Beach Bunny, jewelry store gorjana and restaurant Maggie McFly’s will open this month. In December, Italian chocolate and gelato shop Venchi, as well as fashion chain Mango will open, according to the release. 

Design house and fashion boutique Aritzia is on tap to open in the spring. 

The mall is at 6000 Glades Road in Boca Raton
