Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume surged last week, with an eight-figure sale at Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club leading the way.

Brokers closed 141 condo sales totaling $167 million from Feb. 11th to Feb. 17th. The previous week, brokers closed 80 condo sales totaling $56.8 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $1.2 million, higher than the $710,430 sales average from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $642 from $548, according to data from condo.com. Condos closed after an average of 93 days on the market.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $3.4 million to $24 million. Seven sales exceeded $5 million in price. 

Surf Club Four Seasons unit S-901, at 9001 Collins Avenue, in Surfside took the top spot with a $24 million closing. Jacqueline Feldman with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Miltiadis Kastanis and Pablo Alfaro, both with Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer. The sale closed after 260 days on the market at $4,058 per square foot.

Fendi Château Residences unit 901 at 9349 Collins Avenue, also in Surfside, closed for the second highest amount, $15.1 million, or $3,680 per square foot, after 55 days on the market. Mendel Fellig with Compass Florida had the listing. Joel Lusky with the Brokerage South Florida Real Estate represented the buyer.
