One Thousand Museum closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.1M to $7.3M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales rose last week, while dollar volume fell. A condo at One Thousand Museum led the way.

Brokers closed 114 condo sales totaling $97.1 million from Aug. 19th to Aug. 26th. The previous week, brokers closed 110 condo sales totaling $105 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $851,894, higher than the $694,298 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $542 from $457, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.1 million to $7.3 million. 

Unit 4202 at One Thousand Museum, at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, took the top spot with a $7.3 million closing. The sale closed at $1,587 per square foot after 96 days on the market. Esther Percal and Jason Zarco with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty had the listing. Christopher Bryan with eXp Realty represented the buyer.

Unit 3106 in Bayside Village, at 2216 Fisher Island Drive on Fisher Island in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount of $6.1 million, or $2,032 per square foot after 80 days on the market. Elena Bluntzer with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Jill Eber with the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
