Pipeline Workspaces | Coral Gables
Co-working and shared office space provider Pipeline Workspaces is staying put in Coral Gables.
Miami-based Pipeline renewed its 14,000-square-foot lease at Alhambra West at 95 Merrick Way, according to a news release from the tenant’s broker.
Shay Pope of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant. Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun were part of the JLL team that represented the landlord.
Led by CEO Philippe Houdard, Pipeline opened the Alhambra West office in 2015.
Rreef Property Trust, a subsidiary of German asset manager DWS Group, owns the seven-story, 100,000-square-foot Alhambra West, according to records.
La Boulangerie Boul’Mich | Kendall
South Florida homegrown restaurant La Boulangerie Boul’Mich will open at the Palms at Town & Country shopping center in Miami-Dade County.
La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, a French bakery with a Latin twist, leased 4,000 square feet at 8405 Mills Drive in the Kendall neighborhood of unincorporated Miami-Dade, according to the tenant’s news release. Eber Gongora Rivero is the franchise partner for the outpost.
The restaurant is expected to open late this month, the release says.
The lease marks La Boulangerie’s seventh outpost in South Florida. The restaurant, co-owned by Avy Cohen, opened its first outpost in Key Biscayne in 2014. It now has restaurants at 328 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, 20475 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, 1242 Coral Way in Miami, 8283 Southwest 124th Street in Pinecrest, 6000 Glades Road in Boca Raton and 9690 Northwest 41 Street in Doral.
La Boulangerie also will open an outpost soon at 506 East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, according to its website.
Jericho, New York-based Kimco Realty owns the Palms at Town & Country, records show.
