Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales 

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.1M to $7.1M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales, dollar volume, and price per square foot all rose last week.

Brokers closed 107 condo sales totaling $93.8 million from Sept. 8th to Sept. 15th. The previous week, brokers closed 90 condo sales totaling $53.3 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $876,980, higher than the $592,142 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $574 from $475, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.1 million to $7.1 million. 

Unit 2205 at Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles, at 15701 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, snagged the top spot with a $7.1 million closing. The sale closed at $2,216 per square foot after 106 days on the market. Catherine Kalifeh and Frank Lustig, both with Compass Florida, had the listing.

A buyer’s agent wasn’t listed.

Unit 801 at the newly completed Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, at 2655 South Bayshore Drive, took second place with a $6.6 million closing, or $2,414 per square foot. Sari Shapiro with Douglas Elliman had the listing. Mayan Van Der Miller with Compass Florida represented the buyer. The deal closed after 71 days on the market.
