Miami-Dade County’s condo sales rose last week, while dollar volume and price per square foot fell.
Brokers closed 134 condo sales totaling $91.8 million from Sept. 15th to Sept. 22nd. The previous week, brokers closed 107 condo sales totaling $93.8 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average price of $684,642, lower than the $876,980 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $503 from $574, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.9 million to $5.6 million.
Unit 402 at 57 Ocean, at 5775 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $5.6 million closing. The sale closed at $3,489 per square foot. Christopher Jude with PGutman handled both sides of the deal, which closed after 92 days on the market.
Unit 707 at Ocean Tower Two, at 791 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, closed for the second highest amount, $4.5 million, or $1,257 per square foot. Victor Florencio Sanchez with Ocean Club Realty had the listing. Carlos Coto with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. It sold after 127 days on the market.
