Lease roundup: Italian restaurant Rosemary’s coming to Wynwood, Miami Worldcenter lands tenants

Rosemary’s | Wynwood | Miami

New York Italian restaurant Rosemary’s will open in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. 

New York-based hospitality firm Casa Nela leased 7,000 square feet at 310 Northwest 25th Street, where Rosemary’s will open in late fall, according to the tenant’s news release. 

Carlos Suarez is founder of Casa Nela, and Craig Giunta will be the executive chef at the Wynwood restaurant. 

Records show Forte Capital Management, led by Chaim Cahane and director of acquisitions Dov Tepper, and Jon Krasner’s 7G Realty own the building. They bought it out of foreclosure for $11.8 million in 2021. 

Go Greek Yogurt, HYP, SkinSpirit | Miami Worldcenter

Three new tenants leased at Miami Worldcenter’s mixed-use complex. 

Go Greek Yogurt and apparel and sneakers store HYP each leased 1,300 square feet at 851 Northeast First Avenue, according to a Miami Worldcenter news release. Both are expected to open late this year. Skin care and body care provider SkinSpirit will open early next year in 1,700 square feet at 852 Northeast Second Avenue. 

Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani, and partner CIM Group are the master developers of the $6 billion Miami Worldcenter project spanning 27 acres in downtown Miami.

The gym leased 25,500 square feet at 19505 Biscayne Boulevard, according to sources familiar with the matter. It’s expected to open late next year. 

Michael Silverman and Jeff Evans of Comras Company represented the tenant. 

New York-based Seritage Growth Properties owns the 215,000-square-foot Esplanade at Aventura, which includes retail, dining and professional services spaces on a 13.1-acre site. 

DarrowEverett, Hersh Kirtman, more | Boca Raton 

Pebb Enterprises scored four law firms as tenants in Palm Beach County.  

DarrowEverett leased 2,900 square feet and Hersh Kirtman leased 2,300 square feet at the three-story Eighteen Zero One building at 1801 North Military Trail in Boca Raton, according to Pebb’s news release. 

Also, Kogan & DiSalvo leased 4,700 square feet, and Troy Legal leased 1,700 square feet at the six-story Boca Corporate Plaza at 7900 Glades Road, the release says. The building is in unincorporated Palm Beach County. 

The Bakery | Coral Gables 

Snacks and vintage clothes store The Bakery opened in Coral Gables

Store owner Raameel Anwaar leased the 1,300-square-foot space at 361 Miracle Mile, according to Kerdyk Real Estate. The Bakery’s lease is for a five-year term, with a five-year renewal option. 

Kerdyk’s Alex Korson represented the tenant, and the firm’s John Guzzo represented the landlord. 

Records show an entity managed by Scott Davidson owns the building.
