Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and total dollar volume fell last week.

Brokers closed 83 condo sales totaling $61 million from Nov. 3rd to Nov. 10th. The previous week, brokers closed 120 condo sales totaling $92.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $735,595, lower than the $770,797 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $557 from $543, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.4 million to $5.4 million. 

Unit 1901 at Grovenor House, at 2627 South Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Coconut Grove, took the top spot with a $5.4 million closing. The sale closed at $1,341 per square foot. Paola Garcia-Carrillo with Residence Realty had the listing. Michael Light with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer. The deal closed after 90 days on the market.
Unit 1507 at Continuum on South Beach, at 100 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $5 million, or $2,674 per square foot. Aldo Massaglia with AG Real Estate Advisors had the listing. Sheila and Deven Rojas, both with Brown Harris Stevens, represented the buyer. The sale closed after 327 days on the market.
