Boge Group | Miami River District
A consulting firm specializing in helping clients obtain low-interest financing will move its headquarters to River Landing Shops & Residences.
Boge Group leased 14,300 square feet at the Offices at River Landing and will move in the fourth quarter of next year, according to a River Landing news release. Boge, led by CEO Andrew Imbesi, is now based in Las Vegas.

Coral Gables-based Urban-X Group, led by Andrew Hellinger and Coralee Penabad, completed the 2.2 million-square-foot River Landing in 2020 on an 8.1-acre site at 1400 Northwest North River Drive in Miami in the Miami River District.
The project consists of 346,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of offices, 528 apartments, more than 2,000 parking spaces and a riverwalk.
General Services Administration, Duracell Distributing, more | West Palm Beach
The Northbridge Centre office tower in downtown West Palm Beach landed eight leases, including renewals and expansions.
In the biggest lease, the U.S independent agency, General Services Administration, leased 13,100 square feet at the building at 515 North Flagler Drive, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. Also, New York-based financing firm, Serengeti Asset Management, and print, promotional and digital marketing services firm, Smart Source, each leased 4,100 square feet. Real estate firm Shoreham Capital signed a new lease for 3,500 square feet.
Smart Source, based in Atlanta, is a new-to-market company, listing no other offices in Palm Bach County on its website.
In renewals and expansions, Duracell Distributing expanded its space at the tower to 6,100 square feet from its previous 2,000 square feet, and DC Capital Partners renewed its 3,200-square-foot lease and expanded it to 6,600 square feet, according to the release. Also, Fifth Third Bank renewed its 8,000-square-foot lease, and private equity firm Lightview Capital renewed its 1,800-square-foot lease.

Chicago-based Vanderbilt Office Properties and Charlotte, North Carolina-based Trinity Capital Advisors own the 21-story Northbridge Centre. Irving, Texas-based C-III Capital Partners also has an ownership stake in the building.
Northbridge Centre is now 95 percent leased, the release says.
Butler, Buckley, Deets; CVS Health; more | Miami-Dade County
CP Group scored six new tenants and two lease renewals at its The Landing at MIA office campus west of Miami International Airport.
In new leases, insurance firm Butler, Buckley, Deets leased 5,900 square feet; climate control equipment firm Trane leased 5,100 square feet; and cruise retail company Harding Retail leased 3,400 square feet, according to CP Group’s news release. Also, health care financial services firm Nomi Health leased 2,600 square feet; IT firm Ashvins Group leased 1,500 square feet; and towing and roadside assistance company FleetMasters leased 1,200 square feet.
In renewals, CVS Health is staying at its 5,700-square-foot office at The Landing at MIA, and seafood company Patagonia SeaFarms renewed and expanded to 3,200 square feet, the release says.

Febal Casa | Miami
Italian home furnishings brand Febal Casa will open its first U.S. outpost in Miami’s MiMo Biscayne Boulevard Historic District.
Febal Casa, part of Italian furniture company Colombini Group, signed a 10-year lease for a 6,000-square-foot showroom at 5700 Biscayne Boulevard, according to a Febal Casa and Colombini news release. The showroom will open Thursday.
Led by CEO Giovanni Battista Vacchi and President Emanuel Colombini, Colombini Group plans up to 20 store openings across the U.S. by 2029, the release says.
New York-based Pantzer Properties owns the eight-story building which consists of retail space and 282 apartments.
Mika | Coral Gables
Chef Michael White, creator and founding chef of New York’s Marea, will open his first standalone restaurant in Coral Gables.
The restaurant, Mika, signed a 10-year lease for 8,200 square feet of indoor space and an additional outdoor lounge at The Plaza Coral Gables, according to a news release. The space will include a 600-square-foot private dining room and a 1,700-bottle wine cellar.
White, who has earned six Michelin stars, has helmed the kitchens at Spiaggia, Fiamma Osteria, Alto, Convivio, Osteria Morini and Ai Fiori.
White is partnering with Alex Pirez and Matt Safchik on Mika, which is expected to open next month, according to online publication Restaurant Hospitality.
Agave Holdings, the real estate arm of tequila brand Jose Cuervo’s Beckmann family, developed the 2.3 million-square-foot The Plaza Coral Gables on roughly 7 acres on the southeast corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Sevilla Avenue.
Cooper & Hunter | Hialeah
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning company, Cooper & Hunter, leased industrial space in Hialeah.
Cooper & Hunter, which operates as Comfortside, leased 96,000 square feet at the Midpoint Miami Logistics Center, according to the landlord’s news release.
Wayne Ramoski and Skylar Stein were part of the Cushman & Wakefield team that represented the landlord. Cook Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial completed development of the 300,000-square-foot Midpoint Miami Logistics Center at 11250 West 36th Avenue in the second quarter, according to Dalfen’s website.
Five Below | Miami Beach
Discount store Five Below opened on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road.
The store leased 12,300 square feet at 230 Lincoln Road, according to the tenant’s broker.
Marty Hennessy and Daniel Solomon of Katz & Associates represented Five Below.
Vivian Dimond and her partners own the four-story building. They paid $30.6 million for it in 2022, according to records.
Freddo | Miami Beach
Gelateria Freddo opened on Miami Beach’s Española Way.
The ice cream shop leased 990 square feet at 440 Española Way at the Esmé hotel, according to the tenant’s broker. The outpost marks Freddo’s 18th on the East Coast of the U.S.
Fabio and Sebastian Faerman represented Freddo.
New York-based Infinity Collective owns the Esmé hotel.
