Palm Beach County’s condo sales fell last week, while dollar volume rose.
Brokers closed 62 condo sales totaling $50.2 million from Nov. 10th to Nov. 17th. The previous week, brokers closed 65 condo sales totaling $27.8 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $809,035, higher than the $427,088 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $397 from $297, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $735,000 to $12.5 million.
Unit N42, at 2 North Breakers Row in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $12.5 million closing. The sale closed at $3,995 per square foot after 383 days on the market. Kevin Condon with Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Suzanne Trapani Frisbie with Corcoran represented the buyer.
Unit 19 at Ocean Delray, at 1901 South Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $10.8 million, or $2,811 per square foot. Jennifer Kilpatrick and Mickel Averick, both with Corcoran, had the listing. Todd David Lipsich with Luxury Partners Realty represented the buyer. The sale closed after 58 days on the market.
