OKO Group Real Estate CEO Vanessa Grout is seeking to part ways with her waterfront Miami Beach mansion.
Grout, who leads sales and marketing of the Miami and New York-based company’s developments, listed the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house at 6165 Pine Tree Drive. The 1930s home, which spans 3,421 square feet, features original terrazzo floors and geometric accents, according to the listing.
“The 1930s Miami Beach house has been carefully renovated, preserving its distinctive Streamline Deco character,” Grout said. She’s selling because she needs more space, but she said she’ll stay in Miami Beach.
The home is on the market with her stepmother, Lynette Grout of John R. Wood Properties. The 0.2-acre property is asking nearly $10 million.
The home includes 75 feet of waterfront with a dock, pool and landscaped courtyard; a primary suite and guest suite, according to the listing.
The most expensive home on the market on Pine Tree Drive is the 10,606-square-foot mansion at 4395 Pine Tree Drive, which is asking nearly $38 million.
The second priciest is the 8,500-square-foot home at 4521 Pine Tree Drive, asking about $28 million. A deal to sell that property has been pending since February, according to the listing. Records show a company tied to the late Albert Reichmann, a Canadian businessman who was part of one of the wealthiest families in Canada, owns the property.
Grout paid $2.7 million for her Pine Tree home in 2016, records show.
