Inter Miami | Miami International Airport
The Inter Miami Major League Soccer team opened a retail store at Miami International Airport.
Inter Miami leased nearly 200 square feet between gates D27 and D28, according to a Miami-Dade County news release and a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The landlord is the county’s aviation department.
The store offers Inter Miami apparel, accessories and fan gear. Inter Miami, which is owned by retired soccer star David Beckham and brothers Jorge and Jose Mas, signed professional soccer player Lionel Messi last year.
Inter Miami also has a store at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, where the team is temporarily playing. Inter Miami will eventually move to the Miami Freedom Park soccer stadium at a mixed-use complex that’s being developed on the former Melreese Golf Course at 1400 Northwest 37th Avenue in Miami. Beckham, Jorge Mas and their partners are developing Miami Freedom Park.
