The Inter Miami Major League Soccer team opened a retail store at Miami International Airport

Inter Miami leased nearly 200 square feet between gates D27 and D28, according to a Miami-Dade County news release and a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The landlord is the county’s aviation department.

The store offers Inter Miami apparel, accessories and fan gear. Inter Miami, which is owned by retired soccer star David Beckham and brothers Jorge and Jose Mas, signed professional soccer player Lionel Messi last year.

Inter Miami also has a store at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, where the team is temporarily playing. Inter Miami will eventually move to the Miami Freedom Park soccer stadium at a mixed-use complex that’s being developed on the former Melreese Golf Course at 1400 Northwest 37th Avenue in Miami. Beckham, Jorge Mas and their partners are developing Miami Freedom Park.

It is expected to be completed in the third quarter of next year, with UBS moving in about that time, according to the spokesperson.

UBS now is at 550 Biltmore Way in Coral Gables.

Constellation is led by managing principal Eduardo Otaola, and Boschetti is led by CEO Jose Boschetti Sr.

A Danish electric vehicles software tech company opened its North America headquarters in Wynwood

Monta, based in Copenhagen, leased 5,500 square feet at 520 Northwest 27th Street in Miami, where it will have 30 employees working by the end of next year, according to the tenant’s spokesperson.

Founded in 2020, Monta creates software for both EV charging providers and drivers, according to its website. It was co-founded by Casper Rasmussen and Anders Pedersen.

Records show the Wynwood building is owned by an entity led by Miami real estate investor Doug Levine.
