The No-Fault Group | Coral Gables 

An attorney referral service firm will move its headquarters to Coral Gables

The No-Fault Group, which connects people with legal and medical care following an accident, leased 21,800 square feet at 2990 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, according to the broker’s news release. 

Stephen Rutchik and Kevin Gonzalez of Colliers represented the landlord and the tenant. 

No-Fault will move in in the fourth quarter from its current office at 8491 Northwest 17th Street in Doral. The firm also has offices in North Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise and Orlando, its website shows. 

Dallas-based Gildenson Real Estate owns the four-story office building, according to the release. The firm is led by founder Eduardo Gildenson. 

La Mar by Gastón Acurio | Brickell | Miami

Peruvian restaurant La Mar by Gastón Acurio will move from the Mandarin Oriental, Miami in Brickell Key to a nearby outpost in the financial district. 

La Mar by Gastón Acurio will open late this year at 1451 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, according to the tenant’s news release. 

The restaurant, a brand of Acurio International, originally opened in Lima, Peru in 2005, expanding globally in subsequent years, including opening an outpost at the Mandarin Oriental in 2014. It’s led by chef Acurio and executive chef Diego Oka. 

In 2014, La Mar opened at the Mandarin Oriental at 500 Brickell Key Drive. Swire is closing the hotel in May and will demolish it later this year to make way for its planned two-tower Mandarin Oriental. The project will have an 800-plus-foot tower with about 220 condos, and a 400-foot hotel with 121 keys, 66 condos and 28 hotel residences. 

El Carnival | Miami Beach

A Brazilian steakhouse opened on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road. 

El Carnival signed a 10-year lease for 1,300 square feet at 809 Lincoln Road, according to the landlord’s news release. The restaurant is owned by Wael Chaal, who previously operated El Carnival on Miami Beach’s Española Way for 15 years, and Manuela Coiana. 

Miami Beach-based Terranova, led by Stephen Bittel and Mindy McIlroy, owns the building. 

Samsung Electronics | Doral 

South Korean appliances and electronics firm Samsung Electronics is keeping its Latin American division in Doral

Samsung renewed its 14,100-square-foot office lease at 9850 Northwest 41st Street at the Doral Costa Office Park, according to the landlord’s broker.

Jonathan Kingsley and Kevin Gonzalez of Colliers represented the landlord. Adam Bernstein of JLL represented the tenant. 

Triarch Capital Group and Apollo Companies, both based in Aventura, own Doral Costa Office Park, according to records. 

The office campus is 93 percent leased, the release says. 

T.I.T.T.  S Chicken | Brickell 

A fast-casual fried chicken restaurant will open in Brickell. 

T.I.T.T.  S Chicken leased 1,100 square feet at 1250 South Miami Avenue in Miami, where it will open Jan. 31, according to the restaurant’s news release. The restaurant will be in a commercial space at the Vue at Brickell condo building.
