In the latest South Florida real estate hiring news, firms bulked up their leadership — and one brokerage positioned itself for high-profile clientele.
Codina Partners promoted Eric Blanco to senior vice president of accounting and hired Suzette Fandino as senior vice president of finance, according to a press release. Codina hired Blanco as its VP of accounting in 2023. Before that he was a partner with the Carlyle Group for five years, LinkedIn shows.
Prior to joining Codina, Fandino managed business operations for St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School in Coconut Grove, according to Codina’s website. In her new role, she will lead the firm’s financial underwriting, property valuation and market analysis operations.
These mark Codina’s latest senior personnel moves. In June, Codina promoted Adrian Morales to vice president of asset and property management.
Illustrated Properties, a Palm Beach Gardens-based brokerage, is adding a Sports & Entertainment Division, according to a press release. Agents joining the division must have at least five years of experience and must have brokered at least three deals involving an athlete, celebrity or entertainment professional, the release shows. Palm Beach County is a hub for professional golfers, and residents include the great Jack Nicklaus, Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson and Matt Kuchar.
Nearby, Premier Estate Properties brought in Rick Moeser to its Palm Beach office, a press release shows. Moeser was previously CEO of business development for Douglas Elliman in its Palm Beach office for three years, according to his LinkedIn.
In other agent moves, Olga Monson joined the sales team as sales director for Related Group and Integra’s planned St. Regis Residences, Miami, she confirmed.
