Venture capital boss Amit Raizada sold a waterfront spec home on Miami Beach’s Venetian Islands for $19.2 million.
Raizada confirmed his JSMFP IV LLC, a Florida entity, sold the house at 240 West Rivo Alto Drive to Christopher and Tannaz Fiore. Dina Goldentayer, Douglas Elliman’s top agent in the nation, represented both sides of the deal.
Christopher Fiore is president of New York-based Maxim Group, an investment bank, securities and wealth management firm, according to LinkedIn.
Raizada is the head of Spectrum Business Ventures, a Miami-based venture capital firm. Records show he also owns a condo at One Thousand Museum he bought for $6.4 million in 2022.
He bought the quarter-acre Rivo Alto property for $6 million in 2021, according to property records. He completed the 5,600-square-foot home this year. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a pool and a dock, the listing shows. It sold fully furnished, Raizada confirmed.
It was on the market for $21 million.
The Venetian Islands have been a hub of luxury deals in Miami Beach in recent months. Last month, hospitality mogul Nick Patel bought a waterfront spec home on the Venetians’ San Marco Island for $19.4 million. Also last month, developer Alex Sapir and his estranged wife, Yanina Sapir, sold a waterfront home to Shark Tank investor Rohan Oza for $9.8 million.
In another February deal, Progressive heir Daniel Lewis sold a waterfront spec home for $19.5 million.
