Healthy meal delivery service Ideal Nutrition will expand in Palm Beach County

Ideal Nutrition, led by CEO Wolfgang Brunet, leased a 43,200-square-foot warehouse at the Prologis Airport Center at 6017-6059 Southern Boulevard in an unincorporated area of the county, according to a news release from the tenant’s broker. The tenant is expected to move in this year. The space is near its central kitchen. 

Scott Weprin of Colliers represented Ideal Nutrition. Kirk Nelson and Robert Smith of CBRE represented the landlord. 

Prologis, a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust led by Hamid Moghadam, owns Prologis Airport Center. The five-building campus spans 645,000 square feet, according to CBRE. 

Moghadam will retire at the end of the year, remaining as Prologis’ executive chairperson. Dan Letter will fill Moghadam’s position. 

Vitas Healthcare | Miramar 

Hospice care provider Vitas Healthcare expanded at Miramar Park of Commerce. 

Vitas leased a 48,000-square-foot office at 3140 Executive Way in Miramar for administrative and operational staff members, according to a Miramar Park of Commerce news release. The hospice care firm also renewed 52,700 square feet of leases at 3120 Executive Way and 3046 Corporate Way. 

Goggins and Peter “PJ” Apol of Sunbeam Properties & Development represented the landlord. 

The deal brings Vitas’ total space at Miramar Park of Commerce to 167,800 square feet. 

Last year, the tenant also leased 24,500 square feet of flex office space at 10981 Marks Way and renewed a 9,300-square-foot lease at 3850 Executive Way at the office-industrial campus. Vitas, which has been a tenant at Miramar Park of Commerce since 1995, also expanded within the campus in 2019.

Sunbeam Properties developed and still owns Miramar Park of Commerce. The firm is owned by the billionaire Ansin family, which also owns WSVN-Channel 7

Double Ace Cargo | Doral 

Logistics and freight company Double Ace Cargo moved to Doral

Double Ace Cargo, led by Rolgues Rodriguez, leased 148,000 square feet at 2175 Northwest 115th Avenue, according to a news release from the tenant and its broker. Double Ace Cargo moved from its previous space at 2175 Northwest 115th Avenue in Sweetwater. 

Cornerstone International Realty, led by Héctor Cataño, represented the tenant. 

An entity tied to Blackstone’s industrial real estate arm Link Logistics owns the Doral building, according to records.

Defined Studio | West Palm Beach 

Beauty salon Defined Studio will open at the Tortoise One multifamily development in West Palm Beach

Defined Studio, founded by sisters Nicole and Hayley St. Pierre, leased 1,600 square feet at the project at 740 and 840 North Dixie Highway, according to the landlord’s news release. The tenant is expected to open this summer. 

Clayton Idle and C’Jon Armstead of Tortoise Realty Group represented the landlord, West Palm Beach-based Tortoise Properties. 

Tortoise Properties, led by CEO Jake Geleerd, completed the 264-unit Tortoise One apartment project last year, records show. It consists of a pair of eight-story buildings with 21,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, according to the release.
