A company tied to Enrique Iglesias added to his and his partner, retired tennis star Anna Kournikova’s compound in Miami’s Bay Point.

Records show an entity led by Iglesias’ financial manager, Juan Carlos Sanchez, paid $6.5 million for the 4,350-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom house at 4570 Sabal Palm Road. Francois and Sabrina Deeb sold the 0.3-acre property.

Iglesias has assembled 2.5 acres, including his and Kournikova’s bayfront mansion across the street, records show. Companies tied to the singer-songwriter-producer paid a combined $21.5 million for the properties since 2009.

Assembling land runs in the family. Enrique’s father, Julio Iglesias, the singer-songwriter who’s one of the top record sellers in music history, assembled properties in ritzy Indian Creek, a guard-gated village that is home to billionaires who include Jeff Bezos and Carl Icahn.

The house that Enrique Iglesias just acquired was built in 1957 and sits on the corner of Buttonwood Lane and Sabal Palm Road. The others were built between 1948 and 1955, and one is a vacant lot.

Bay Point is among the areas in Miami that have seen an explosion in price growth. The gated neighborhood is near the Miami Design District and Morningside.

Early this year, developer Fatos Rosenberg sold the 1.7-acre estate at 4445 Sabal Palm Road for $85.2 million, a record in Bay Point and one of the most expensive home sales ever in Miami-Dade County. A Delaware LLC obscuring the buyer’s identity purchased the home. In March, developer Ugo Colombo’s wife Sara paid $23.5 million for a waterfront home in the neighborhood. Also this year, former Miami Heat player Goran Dragić sold his waterfront home in Bay Point for $13.4 million.
