The owners of Goat Hospitality Group secured a buyer during Miami Art Week for their Pinecrest estate, which is on the market for $18 million.

The pending deal marks the most expensive of 14 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Dec. 1 and Dec. 7, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent 173 days on the market, on average.

Sixty-one luxury listings were added to the market, for a total of 1,323 listings.

The previous week, buyers signed 11 contracts for properties in Miami-Dade, asking a combined $86.2 million.

The asking dollar volume for the 11 single-family homes and three condos under contract last week totals $100.6 million, according to the report published by the Douglas Elliman team led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.

The single-family homes that entered into contract last week have an average asking price of $7.4 million and spent an average of 169 days on the market. They total $81.6 million in asking dollar volume.

Eklund and Elliman’s Jennifer Goldstein have the listing for the top contract, the pending sale of the 12,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom and nine-and-a-half-bathroom mansion at 10061 Southwest 60th Court. Records show Derek and Lisa Gonzalez of Goat Hospitality paid $5.7 million for the 0.9-acre property in 2022. They had a new home built on the property with a Balinese-style pool, outdoor shower, sauna and a primary suite, according to the listing.

The condos that secured buyers last week have an average asking price of $6.3 million and spent 183 days on the market, on average. They total $19 million in asking dollar volume, or an average of $2,154 per square foot.

A unit at the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach marked the priciest condo to enter into contract last week. Unit 1903 at 17901 Collins Avenue, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, is on the market with Ryan Mendell of Maxwell E Realty Inc. Property records show David Schwartz of Lexington, Massachusetts, paid $5.4 million for the unit in 2022. It’s under 3,300 square feet.

Last week in New York, buyers signed contracts for 29 homes, according to the latest Olshan report. Their combined asking price is $233.5 million, and the typical home spent 736 days on the market.
