Spanning about 643,000 square feet, the complex sits on 16.3 acres and houses 456 apartments. The deal breaks down to $526,000 per apartment. The complex previously sold in 2021 for $230 million. In the latest sale, the seller was Atlanta-based Cortland Partners, and the buyer was Salt Lake City-based Property Reserve.
