Green Bay Packer fans now have a chance to own a home that’s barely a leap away from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The 2,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, two bathroom home is listed for $699,000 on Zillow, USA Today reported. The home also has a hot tub and a pool, not to mention sweet parking on game days if the new owner has Packers tickets.

While it’s not unusual for homes to be built near stadiums, Green Bay — easily the smallest U.S. municipality to have a major sports franchise — is unique in that homes are so close to its NFL stadium. That and other quirks, like players allowing their bikes to be ridden by kids home from practice, gives the franchise more of a home-spun feel.

More than a few people on social media said they were surprised that the home was going for such a low price.

And while plenty of people said they’d turn the home into an investment by charging for parking on game days, others weren’t so enthused.

Residences near professional sports venues, particularly NFL arenas, tend to be more expensive than the average home in the area.

Earlier this year, an analysis of housing prices in Arlington, just outside Chicago, found that just the prospect of the Chicago Bears moving to the area drove up median sale prices in the three ZIP codes closest to the new stadium site.
