Doctoroff: Convention space city’s top priority

Building more convention space is the city’s top priority, according to Deputy Mayor Daniel Doctoroff. That convention space would most likely go on the far West Side rail yards once touted as a site for the New York Jets’ football stadium. Doctoroff said recently that the 13-acre rail yard is the last large tract of Manhattan that the city can use to build for its economic future. more [Crain’s]
