Retail rents on Park Slope’s Seventh increase

Retailers are increasingly finding it more expensive to rent on Seventh Avenue in Park Slope, driving some to open up on the neighborhood’s stretch of Fifth Avenue. Rents there are roughly $30 to $40 per square foot, half the rate along Seventh. more [NYT]
