Far West Village down-zoning approved

The City Planning Commission unanimously approved Monday afternoon a down-zoning of the far West Village that restricts the scale and the heights of new developments. The City Council will have final say on the down-zoning and is expected to vote on it before Thanksgiving. more [NYO]
