It’s been pointed out many times, but perhaps still not enough considering the city’s reputation for $1 million one-bedrooms: New York has many affordable co-ops and condos you just need to know where to look. For instance, the state Attorney General’s office is expected to soon approve 28 condos on Nelson Avenue and 168th Street in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.
